We are recruiting – for a Part-time Administrator
As part of our growth plans, we are now recruiting for a permanent part-time Administrator to join us at our Maisemore offices and support our Director and advisers in delivering even better service to our clients, and greater efficiencies within the business as we look ahead.
Beaufort Financial (Three Counties) is a well-known financial planning company based in Maisemore (near Gloucester) and renowned for delivering high quality solutions for our clients’ needs, with clients across Gloucestershire, Worcestershire and Herefordshire.
You will mainly work alongside our Director to ensure all aspects of client and office administration are completed effectively and efficiently, as well as dealing with clients and enquiries as and when required.
This is a varied and busy role, with flexible options for when the hours are worked.
We are specifically looking to recruit someone who:
• Has experience and understanding of working within the Financial Services sector
‚Ä¢ Is experienced in working with the ‘Intelligent Office’ IT system, common in Financial Services
• Is a competent user of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
• Understands the need for, and consistently delivers high levels of accuracy and compliance
• Is able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people, particularly our clients
• Is able to organise their own workload efficiently when required
The key elements of this role also include:
• Up to 24 hours per week
