Bharti joined us in 2020 as Client Services Manager and is responsible for client administration, effective use of back-end systems and event organising.
With over 30 years’ experience in the Insurance industry, Bharti has managed and led teams across multiple locations and has always ensured a high level of compliant processes in regards to customer satisfaction.
Bharti came from a team that integrated and implemented back office systems, this has led her to recognise how teams should effectively be trained in procedure as well as how efficient processes can be embraced across the business.
Before that Bharti started out in administration and financial positions at Zurich and Vertex. From there she joined a small IFA as Office Manager. Bharti then moved on to become IO Lead and Client Services Manager at Mercer-Jelf for several years.
Bharti holds a CII Financial Planning Certificate and then went on to achieve a diploma in Advance Management. In her personal time, she is currently training to become a voluntary Samaritan.
Away from the office
From back-packing through Asia, to snowy Canadian winters, to relaxing on the sunny beaches of the Caribbean, Bharti loves to explore the world and spending time with her family, especially her new grand-puppy Rocky.
