Douglas Harley has been advising clients since 1993, but has been involved in financial services since 1988. He has gained a wealth of experience and knowledge throughout that time, which he has used to successfully guide his clients through some of the most turbulent periods in financial services history.
Having run his own firm since 2002, he has in depth knowledge & personal experience of the various challenges that face business owners.
He is a Chartered Financial Planner, which is widely regarded as the pinnacle of individual achievement for UK financial advisers.

Away from the office
Married with two daughters, Douglas tries to squeeze in a round of golf when he can. However, as a fair weather player, this tends to stop during the winter months and is replaced with watching Falkirk FC. As a former club DJ in his younger years, he is a massive music fan and has travelled as far as New York and Las Vegas to see his favourite bands perform.

Furthermore, all advisers must be issued with a valid Statement of Professional Standing (SPS) which confirms that they continue to satisfy stringent requirements to act as a financial adviser.
